The „Future for Children” Foundation, one of the largest NGOs in Warmia and Masuria, has been effectively and passionately providing assistance to the youngest for 20 years, giving them a chance for a better, healthier future.

The foundation finances, among other things, research, treatments, medications, and rehabilitation for its wards using the funds collected. Donations and online payments are the main sources of the foundation’s support.

One of the foundation’s main challenges was the systematic increases in fees and commissions by intermediaries and operators of online collections, some reaching as high as 10%. This meant literally fewer funds for carrying out the mission of helping those in need.

The foundation’s management also aimed to broaden and diversify fundraising opportunities.

We started with the most crucial aspects. We developed an advanced module allowing the creation of collections on the foundation’s website. An additional feature of the module is the ability to create so-called „piggy banks.”

The piggy bank concept is easiest to explain with an example, where a parent’s coworkers created a piggy bank, promoted it, and collected funds within the workplace.

Subsequent actions focused on the ability to make one-time and cyclical payments. Cyclical payments, in particular, posed a significant challenge. Another crucial feature was implementing a module enabling the foundation to receive 1.5% of income tax.

Another key element of the foundation’s website was creating an intuitive system for managing collections and piggy banks by foundation staff. The module, integrated with the foundation’s accounting system, automatically assigns payments to a specific collection, significantly reducing the time needed for payment settlements.

Parents and guardians of the foundation’s wards can rely on the transparency of the organization’s activities through an extensive user panel. The panel allows checking payments and withdrawals, their value, date, and purpose.

The new website for the „Future for Children” Foundation has become not only a tool but also a strategic point in fundraising. Thanks to modern solutions and innovative modules, the organization effectively addresses financial challenges while increasing community engagement in helping those in need.

The transformation of the website translates into tangible benefits for the foundation, enabling more effective mission fulfillment and expanding the scope of assistance.
